I doubled the recipe...I just made this last night. I doubled the recipe, and the sesame tuna was gone in a flash! Husband and I were fighting over it lol. I used poultry herb seasoning, though I think next time I'll be a bit more bold and use a jerk seasoning. The pasta passed the toddler taste test and is on its way into my regular rotation for 'splurge' meals (tuna is expensive!!) I bet it would be good with any other fish or chicken though.
